Studfield Wantirna Community News is a bi-monthly community newspaper put together by a volunteer team who are local community members.
The purpose of the newspaper is to strengthen our community by providing a forum for local news and information. It gives local people an opportunity to connect with their community and to find out more about the groups, activities and services that are available. We aim to highlight local achievements, promote local businesses, support local initiatives, provide an opportunity for local people to feel connected with Wantirna’s history and build a sense of identity within our community.
The paper has been very well received with positive feedback from both readers and advertisers. We also continue to receive many requests to include news, updates and stories from various community and sporting groups.
